The Importance of Water to The Body and Why YOU Must Know This for YOUR Future

The Importance of Water to The Body and Why YOU Must Know This for YOUR Future

Were you ever told as a kid that you must stay hydrated?

Did your parents ever yell in your ear, or something closely related, to not forget to drink that water everyday?

They did that for a reason.

Why?

Because, as you probably know, you need water to survive.

But, do you need water to function at your highest level?

If you’re a coffee lover and you love your caffeine, I hate to spoil your party, but the answer is yes.

You need water to concentrate at your best level, to become more alert, and, if you wanna be fascinated today, it lowers your stress level.

In fact, do this right now. I bet you’ll realize the importance of water after reading this! Check out the facts here and come back to this article and I’ll explain these in more detail and why you need to know these in order to make that big presentation tomorrow or walk into that test or interview or your showtime moment at your job like a champion!

So, assuming that you read and came back, here are the points that need to be engrained in your mind and that you can start today in order to perform at your best starting today!

And, another spoiler alert, it does involve giving up your coffee. Sorry 🙁

1. Water Reduces Your Stress Level

The Importance of Water to The Body and Why YOU Must Know This for YOUR Future

Water reduces your stress level.

Read that over and over again.

Write it down somewhere that you won’t forget and that you’ll resort to when in doubt about what to do when you are stressed.

Let me give you a clear picture of what I mean.

I usually get one of these 2 feelings when I need water.

A) I feel that my lungs are out of air or lack air

B) I can’t go to sleep, knowing that I have to go to sleep

In both instances, I have an indescribable thirst for drinking water. My taste buds salivate in the quest to bring water into my body that it is like I am smelling the butter of a filet mignon just outside of a world class steakhouse.

I am literally BEGGING for water like a dog begs you for food.

In other words, I treat water like a god.

The Importance of Water to The Body and Why YOU Must Know This for YOUR Future

Have you ever gotten one of those two things when you were stressed out sometimes in your normal daily life (excluding extreme events like losing a family member or getting into a car accident of course)?

Did the stress prolong for an extended period of time before you drank the water without realizing that the water reduced your stress instantly?

Comment below in the comments section if you did experience that. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Well, chances are is that you were just thirsty.

Did you also notice that your taste buds were craving water?

Maybe or maybe not, but if they were, that’s what it was.

You were just thirsty silly one! 🙂

But sometimes, we are just to busy to notice it.

So, here’s the takeaway from this section:

When you are stressed out from an everyday activity, even if it is possibly caused by the hectic nature of your day, or you are having trouble falling asleep, pay attention to what I’d like to call the “thirst triggers.” In other words, the thing that your body is telling you is “Hey, I need my water! Go get me some great grand ol’ water!”

And when you notice them, have your bottle of water ready to go with you in case of an emergency or be at the nearest water fountain ready to soak up the ultimate thirst quencher that is water when the trigger(s) ring the alarms!

And when the firefighter puts out the fire, you’ll be able to say “Aaaaaahhhhhhhh” instead of “AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!” for the rest of your day.

Do that and your future self will thank you for it all.

And now onto the second point!

Let’s go!

And yes, I am a big fan of Norwegian Cruise Line! I heavily recommend sailing with them if you get the chance with your new awesome big  (well, a certain point after those big paychecks and some “long term manipulation strategy,” but we will talk about that another day)!

2. Water Boosts Your Energy

The Importance of Water to The Body and Why YOU Must Know This for YOUR Future

Yep, that is SO right!

When you drink water, you can keep going!

Let me ask you something.

Have you ever went on a walk or a run and you felt that you were losing energy by the minute, on top of the fact that you want to say “AAHHH, I’m tired. Can I slow down now?”

Of course you have, that one was quite obvious because your body will use up a whole lot of energy!

But what can water do to fix that for you?

Well, water is actually a key ingredient in a process called hydrolysis in which adenosine triphosphate, which is a chemical in your body, and water combine to produce a chemical reaction that creates a chemical compound called adenosine diphosphate.

What this compound provides is chemical energy to cells in your body from the water that was released. That chemical energy gives your cells the ability to do work, which is the action of force over a certain distance. In other words, if you provide your body more water, you’ve give it fuel to push you over a larger distance, hence more power!

Click here if you’d like to learn more about the concept in depth.

So when you drink up that water, you are giving yourself a big boost in that game called life!

Definitely great enough reason for you to drink up indeed!

And now to point number 3!

3. ToxiClean (Yep, Billy Mays is in the house!)

The Importance of Water to The Body and Why YOU Must Know This for YOUR Future

Introducing ToxiClean, the world’s greatest remover of toxins in your body, aka, the nasty stuff!

When you use ToxiClean, your kidneys remove toxins from your body through a maintenance process that strives to balance electrolytes and water throughout your body. Yep, even excess potassium from your banana can be considered as a toxin!

Still not convinced? Check out this and this for complete verification.

You’ll be shocked by the results!

100% Money Back Guarantee or a $100 Amazon Gift Card sent to your doorstep to buy whatever you want!

But wait, there’s more!

With ToxiClean, unlike that coffee as your primary drink in the morning, you get to eliminate the effects of caffeine, one of the most addicting drugs, that’s right drugs, in the world.

Your coffee can make you deviate away from drinking water as your main beverage throughout the day, which could cause kidney stones in your kidneys, thus interrupting the fluid electrolyte maintenance process that your kidneys perform to make sure that your body is in good shape throughout the day.

Not to mention the fact that caffeinated coffee increases your blood pressure by a lot!

Not convinced? Click here to read more!

“But what about decaf?”

Reasonable objection I must say!

But did you know that decaf can make you very fat and that it has high cholesterol, meaning more fat deposits in your blood that can lead to HEART DISEASE?!

Click here and here to read more about it!

YIKES!

Not to mention that potential not budget friendly medical bill that would come from it and eat your finances alive!

EVEN MORE YIKES!

But is there any heart disease and high cholesterol threats from drinking water?

The answer is:

No, unless it is high on arsenic in which case there is a very high risk of heart disease.

Click here to read more on why not.

So as you can see, ToxiClean is your one stop shop for removing the vast majority of disease threats and unnecessary medical bills from your life.

Talk about all of that money saved that could be used for your trip, your business, your nice dinner with your companion, and just some money to invest that can compound itself and help you in your retirement plans!

So drink ToxiClean today!

Here’s how to order!

What To Do Now

The Importance of Water to The Body and Why YOU Must Know This for YOUR Future

So some things that I suggest that you do as a result from this post are the following:

A) Limit your coffee or other caffeinated product intake to once a day max so that you can comfortably transition to drinking no caffeinated product at all (that goes for decaf to)

B) Drink at minimum 8 cups of water per day provided that it doesn’t have arsenic

C) Whenever you feel the “thirst triggers” ringing their alarm, go drink water as soon as possible.

That’s it.

Those 3 things to ensure that you my future islander get to drink water so that you are well equipped to take on the rest of your day!

  1. I am someone who is always busy with the works that I need to get done. I must admit that I drink coffee a lot. I also drink coffee more than water nowadays. Thank you for reminding me that I need to work things out.

    1. You bet Jason. I’m glad that you got something out of it. Definitely consider subscribing for more “wake up juice” content sent straight into your inbox and feel free to read another article right here for more helpful pleasure!

  2. Thanks for a very interesting article. I previously switched to decaf tea and coffee as I suffer from headaches and migraines, but i didn’t know it’s high in cholesterol. Do you know why that is?
I will start to limit my tea/coffee intake and focus on higher water intake as I know my body will benefit from it greatly.

    1. Hi Helen, I’m glad that you enjoyed the article. The reason for the high cholesterol in the decaf coffee is because of the bean that is used to make the coffee. Caffeinated coffee is made of an Arabica bean and decaf is made with Robusta bean. The Robusta bean has chemicals in it that lend itself to more cholesterol effects in the blood over the Arabica bean, even though as you can see in this blog comment here on another source, you will find that they are both equally as bad. Thank you very much Helen and let me know how it goes with the water intake. I’d love to hear your results compared with the decaf/caffeine products!
